These Terms of Service govern your use of Qiwako, a multi-tenant Content Management System (CMS) platform. By using Qiwako, you agree to these terms.

Service Description

Qiwako provides:
- Content Management: Page, blog post, and media management
- Multi-Tenancy: Isolated tenant organizations with dedicated workspaces
- User Management: Role-based access control and authentication
- Donation Management: Campaign creation and donation tracking
- Analytics: Usage tracking and reporting tools
- Security: MFA, audit logging, and access controls
- Additional Features: SEO tools, contact forms, pop-ups, PWA support

Account Registration

Requirements

• Valid email address
• Unique username
• Secure password (minimum requirements enforced)
• Organization/tenant information (for admins)

Responsibilities

• Maintain credential confidentiality
• Responsible for all account activities
• Notify us of unauthorized access immediately
• Keep account information accurate and current
• Comply with all applicable laws

Security Recommendations

• Use strong, unique passwords
• Enable multi-factor authentication (MFA)
• Do not share credentials
• Log out on shared devices

User Roles

• SUPERUSER: Full system access (platform administrators)
• TENANT_ADMIN: Full access within tenant organization
• DONATION_ADMIN: Manage donations and financial reports
• EDITOR: Create and edit content
• VIEWER: Read-only access
• DEMO USER: Read-only demonstration access

Acceptable Use

Permitted Uses

• Creating and managing website content
• Running legitimate donation campaigns
• Publishing blog posts and articles
• Managing organizational communications

Prohibited Uses

• Illegal activities
• Harmful, defamatory, or hateful content
• Fraud or deceptive practices
• Spam or automated content generation
• Malware or malicious code
• Unauthorized access attempts
• Security violations or exploits
• Resource abuse affecting other users
• Intellectual property infringement
• Impersonation

Content Ownership

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create. This includes pages, posts, media, campaigns, and comments.

License to Qiwako

You grant us a limited license to:
- Store, process, and display your content
- Make backup copies for disaster recovery
- Perform technical operations (e.g., image optimization)

This license terminates when you delete content or close your account.

Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your content and warrant that:
- You own or have rights to your content
- Content does not violate third-party rights
- Content complies with these Terms and applicable laws

Qiwako's Content

The platform (design, code, features, documentation) is owned by Qiwako and protected by intellectual property laws.

Tenant Isolation

Multi-Tenant Architecture

• Each tenant's data is logically isolated
• Tenant admins control their organization's data
• Cross-tenant access is prohibited

Superuser Access

Superusers may access tenant data only:
- With temporary access tokens from tenant admins
- For approved emergency access requests
- For system maintenance and security
- All access is logged and audited

Donations

Campaign Requirements

• All information must be accurate and truthful
• Funds used for stated purpose
• Provide transparency reports as required
• Comply with fundraising regulations

Qiwako's Role

• We provide donation management tools
• We do not verify campaign legitimacy
• We do not handle payment processing directly
• Users are responsible for their transactions

Prohibited Campaigns

• Illegal activities
• Fraudulent or deceptive causes
• Hate groups or discrimination
• Terrorist activities or violence

Service Availability

We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee:
- 100% uptime or uninterrupted access
- Error-free operation
- Specific performance levels

Maintenance and updates may temporarily affect availability.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- Service provided "AS IS" without warranties
- No liability for indirect or consequential damages
- Total liability limited to amount paid in past 12 months
- Not responsible for data loss (maintain your own backups)
- Not liable for third-party actions or content

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Qiwako from claims arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your content
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of third-party rights

Termination

By You

Terminate your account anytime by:
- Deleting account through dashboard
- Contacting support

By Us

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Terms violations
- Extended inactivity
- Legal requirements
- Security risks

Effect of Termination

• Access revoked immediately
• Data deleted within 30 days
• Outstanding obligations remain

Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes communicated via:

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law
